Same experience as many who have left reviews. One time purchase then an amount debited from my account a month later for a subscription I did not know about. Contacted customer services who were initially responsive then nothing. Had to have my bank cancel the subscription. It’s a shame as the product is good, and I would have bought again, however, no chance of that now. If anyone from Drift does bother to read this you are killing your own company with these underhand, and in my opinion fraudulent subscriptions.

It's horrible and a waste of money. You can smell it if you hold it to your nose. I bought 2 and you can't smell them in the car. It's a scam and doesn't work. Waste of money!

Absolutely terrible company. It’s fraudulent, and uses bait and switch to hook people into long term subscriptions. They offer a money back guarantee, but then refuse to give you your money back. They offered a one time cut rate trial product on Insta, which I ordered, but when it came the smell was so obnoxious I had to take it outside the house. A month later, my garage STILL stinks like it. I ordered tests of two smells,but they are identical, and stink like the worst gas station bathroom men’s cheap cologne. I worked gloves to take it out of the packaging, but somehow the stink still got on my hands. Despite multiple washing with strong soaps and wiping down with rubbing alcohol, my hands stunk like this product for three days. Do NOT buy this. DO NOT “trial” this, it’s not a trial. It’s a subscription, and you don’t find that out until the day they charge and ship the product, and by then it’s too late to cancel (thus fraud, bait and switch). The company uses typical off shore idiots to reply to emails, answering in robotic sentences, first promising a refund (as their site says) then saying they have to charge $6 to take back a product you never ordered in the first place. Awful. TERRIBLE !! Disgusting smell.

Scammers con artists I ordered a one off car scent and made sure my account was not active but they still took money from me again a month later cannot close details or remove my bank details and they are so rude and unhelpful Scammers to the max they are

I have told them to unsubscribe from mailing list. I continually get the product every 2 months I think I need to contact my bank

This company is a POS, they automatically sign you up for a subscription and even when you cancel it still get charged. There is no number to contact to talk to a human. I’ve already disputed it with my card company and still have been charged again. I ordered once and have cancelled the subscriptions and still can’t get out out of these charges STAY AWAY!!!!!

Terrible scam. Will not let you get to your account to cancel. So eventually got to customer service and they said they will email me a response eventually to cancel. From now on I will never order anything from Facebook!!

There’s nothing wrong with the product itself. The issue is that I ordered it as a one time purchase and someone or AI on Drift’s end changed it to a subscription. I had supposedly successfully cancelled the subscription last month, but then got a notice from my credit card company that I was billed again this month, $41.72. This is bullsh!t! I went through again today and canceled the subscription. I’m going to dispute this most recent charge with AMEX, and have them put a block on my account so Drift can’t put anymore charges through. I understand that more and more online companies are doing this. You indicate a one time purchase and they’re taking it upon themselves and switching it to subscription. Online shopping has become a very sleazy business. The number listed for Drift is a non working number (385-888-9418).
