Be cautious when ordering from this company! Their website is outdated and automatically signs you up for a recurring subscription when you intended to make a one-time purchase. Packages come with no packing slip or receipt (just the box and the product). There is no "logout” option when you are in your account... which should be basic in 2026! The only way to contact the company is by submitting an online claim (no phone number or live representatives). Overall, their website and process feel like a scam. The product itself is good, but poor customer service will lose my business every time!

Scents are okay, I don’t feel the match the description though. They also do not last as long as advertised. You’re lucky to get a week out of it. They also sign you up for a 50 a month subscription without telling you, must be in the fine print somewhere for them to get away with it but at NO point is it clear. Just making a one time purchase signs you up for this, my friend and my mother had the exact same happen to them. They also make the subscription incredibly difficult to cancel.

Why the duck are you guys still charging me and I canceled. I hate you guys disgusting practices. I hope you guys shut down
