Second time now still no resolution ive emailed ive done loads even changed my bank card and payme to still being taken .........how is this possible So ive co.plaind on here before and was told this will be resolved and still got a delivery today ive had enough and going to take this further. Terrible subscription even worse to try to make a cancellation. 😲 shocking.

It looks good but the scent is so mild you can’t smell anything. The cost for refill are to expensive. Not worth the money. Sharon

The scent on the stones lasts so much longer than the wood! Highly recommend the stones! Grove is my fav…but my husband loves John Wick!

Extremely poor customer service. Their system somehow charged me for four subscriptions. The very first month I thought it was my issue and went ahead and canceled two of the subscriptions. Then it happened again. I contacted customer service and they refuse to give me a refund. They would like me to pay to ship the item back in order to get a refund. This is not my mistake. First they completely ignored my request and now no one is answering. I enjoyed drift but there's many companies out there and I'll find another company that can fulfill my subscription needs!

DO NOT TRUST DRIFT CO WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS - THEY WILL PUT UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON YOUR CARD. I ordered a drift pack around Christmas and I specifically chose an option to pay more and opt out of a subscription because I was moving house. After a month they THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR A PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. Despite the fact I paid significantly more to avoid opting into any subscription - they opted me into one anyway without my consent! I contacted them immediately but they only have one email address to contact them through and they conveniently did not respond to any of my emails. You can only contact them by this specific email (they have no mobile number) and they will not respond when they know that you want a refund for an unauthorised charge. Absolute scumbags. You have been warned!! The product itself is actually decent and I would have recommended it but the company is so shady, they literally steal from their customers and there are many other reviews corroborating this pattern of unethical thieving behaviour from Drift co. I wish I had been warned prior to purchasing - so I am warning you! To drift co: if you are reading this F YOU. I’m not removing this truthful review even if (unlikely because you are selfish scamming scumbags) I get my refund. You stole funds from my bank account during a time when my mother had died and I was paying for a funeral on my own. I hope you experience someone stealing from you when you are at your most vulnerable. I wish you the absolute worst. I hope you go out of business. I made this account specifically to make this review and I'm going to comment on your socials to warn others. You made an enemy of me.
