I’ve used drift multiple times and like the scents and long lasting smell but HATE their business practices. Never wanted a subscription but you will automatically get put in to one on your first purchase so get ready for an unannounced renewal. If you didn’t like that scent you first got now you get it again. Also they state they will let you know 3 days before your renewal, that won’t happen either. You’d think if they were doing well they wouldn’t have to trap people with another purchase. This is where they lost me. I’d rather go with a company with a worse smell that isn’t going to try and wring me for another $13. I really expect better from such a big company

I tried the Drift Car Air Freshener. I used to like the product. I have asked several times that I wanted to unsubscribe and stop payments on my account but as of July 2026 you guys are still charging my credit card. I want a full refund immediately. Don't trust these guys. After the 2nd product was shipped to my house new shipments were being sent back to back. If I were you I would not purchase this product. Drift car air freshener. Appalling product, i threw it away, it genuinely knocked me a bit sick..... and then i found looked at the reviews! I'm not the only unhappy customer. The product itself it just a little magnet stapled into some wood, its not a premium as i thought. THEN THE WORST THING.... A SECRET SUBSCRIPTION SIGN UP. To automatically take more money from me. Now I have to spend my morning trying to get out of a SUBSCRIPTION I was never aware I was going into. UNSCRUPLIOS DIGITAL SNIDE PRACTICES WITH A POOR PRODUCT USING SOCIAL MEDIA TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Bad news all round. For reference a Magic Tree in BnM costs £1... I could of bought 20 and had enough supply for the next two years.... Instead ive been duped..... BAD COMPANY, BAD REPUTATION, AWFUL PRACTICES.

Shifty subscription tactics! Crazy hard to unsubscribe

It takes too long to arrive. I feel like it should not take about four weeks to get your order. This is the normal length of time as I have placed numerous orders. But waiting about a month to get your order is ridiculous. Especially when you order the monthly scent. So, it's one month behind. Depending on the scent, for me, it's an issue. I most likely will not buy from drift again because of the gap in time of ordering and receiving the order.

The first shipment the scents seem to last longer. Maybe it’s the scents they sent that aren’t as strong. But this is my second month w them so I’m going to try the next shipment and see if they last or are as strong. Cabana is by far my favorite

Scam company that deceptively auto enrolls you in a subscription and then makes it nearly impossible to opt out. This is one of the scam business models that do this nonsense. It makes me furious and is so short-sighted because i will never touch any product of theirs again. Very dishonest.

I kind of liked the product but then one month later see that another one is being shipped to me. Somehow I signed up for a subscription. Not cool! Beware of this!
