Quick, Cost Effective. Perfect solution for care while on vacation!
I would use Dr. Galen again. It was an efficient and cost effective way to get care abroad from the comfort of my hotel room. I would use them again if a situation arose where I needed non-emergent care quickly!

Total Con . Avoid
Total Con. The prescriptions issued, which is the most important bit , are worthless. We went to 4 chemists in Hungary today and each on claimed its was a fake. The bar codes did nothing. Be aware this site will take your money and you get nothing back. It's a big con . They refused a refund . Please don't waste your money like we did

In Hungary, our e-prescriptions are typically valid, but it seems there was an issue with the acceptance of digital prescriptions at the pharmacies you visited. Unfortunately, at that time, handwritten prescriptions were not an option for our doctors to issue, which led to the situation you described. We understand your frustration, and we're genuinely sorry we were unable to assist you in the way you expected. This is a scam website and scam…
This is a scam website and scam company. They are using physician information and credentials without their consent. Most of the physicians on their listing that you can make an appointment with actually dont work with dr.galen. They have profiles for multiple physicians I work with listed there with ‘book an appointment’ link added. This is actually a crime and DEA or the medical boards arent going to be pleased with this company.

We are sorry you felt like this. Our focus is help patients to achieve their health goals easily, with the support of Doctors. If anyone would like to consult with any of the doctors, we merely enable it. We pay 80% of the charges to physicians, only deducting for transactions cost.

I think Dr. Galen is a good company as far as telemedicine is concerned. There is efficiency in contacting the patient, coordinating with the physician, especially concerning appointments and a high level of responsiveness and efficiency. I recommended it to any fellow physician who wants to use telemedicine in his/her practice.

Excellent consultation
Patient was well educated, to the point and knew what to tell the doctor and what to discuss. Platform used is very simple and it is easy to generate prescription.
