Your heartfelt words truly moved us, Andrew. Reading this fills us with so much joy and purpose. Knowing that you feel such genuine care from our team means everything to us. We wake up every day with one mission — to be there when someone needs us the most, and your message reminds us why we do what we do. We’re also really glad we could help by making your prescription easily available right to your doorstep through a personal visit from our dedicated Dr. Ana Da Silva — because your comfort and care matter most.

As a physician
I had a smooth and great experience with Dr.Galen telemedicine. Annie did a superb job at coordinating the patient booking. The platform is made user friendly for both patient and doctor. As a physician indo recommend other physicians to have a virtual office here with Dr.Galen.

Please do not trust this company
Please do not trust this company. They used my name (as physician MD) and credentials for their website without my consent. I complained and I told them to remove my name off their website. And I continue to check periodically to make sure it remains of their website. This website is sketchy. BEWARE!
Response from Dr.Galen - Online Health ConsultationApr 16, 2025
Thank you for reaching out Dr. Uche, and we're truly sorry for the frustration this has caused you. Our only goal is to help patients find care more easily and connect them with experienced professionals like yourself. We listed your publicly available profile on our platform with the pure intention of freely promoting your practice to patients by referring them to your clinic or hospital—completely free of charge, and never to misrepresent or cause any discomfort. We understand how important your professional identity is, and we deeply respect your wishes. We tried to locate your profile on our platform but couldn’t find it. If you could kindly send us the link or any details, we’ll ensure it is permanently removed. We genuinely respect your decision, and we’re here to make things right.

Very helpful when I booked a doctor in the wrong country. Sorted out another doctor and got me an appointment the same day. My daughter was unwell and we were in another country which was a bit scary but they were great. Thank you.
