Returns are only to China
I ordered a jacket and a sweatshirt for a Christmas gift. It took a little longer to get here. It was very cheaply made and runs very small. The jacket was so thin ( more like a blouse than a jacket and the sweatshirt was short waisted and too small as well. I emailed to return it for their” easy return” policy and guaranteed 100 % satisfaction. Wow! That was a joke! They sent me a return address to China and for my little 3 lb package to send it back was going to be 140!!! I checked fedx because it’s cheaper but It was 130.!!! I only paid 109. For my order! They offered me 20% back ($21) and I could keep it but it’s way too small and so cheaply made! Why would I want to do that? So you will get stuck if you want to return. It’s crazy how they can advertise it’s a USA company but force you to only be able to return to China although the address it was shipped from is Los Angeles Calif. I think they do this so you’ll just keep the items. They should just go ahead and say NO returns! Basically that’s what it is.

Regarding the return and refund policy, our website has clearly stated that if the return of the product is to be returned, the customer should be responsible instead of us. Please return the package to us according to the address we provided in the email, and we also understand your concerns about the return fee. It is recommended that you choose the cheapest local post office for mailing. Our warehouse will process the refund for you after receiving the package.
