I already did a review but the company said processing is 10 to 12 days or something like that and if that is the case why do they offer 2 to5 days expedited delivery for an extra charge? They know they can’t fullfill that so they are ripping people off knowingly.

Ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid for expedited shipping. Dress has not arrived and the customer service chat has been no help, they refuse to cancel the order and give a refund. Also charged an international fee that was not listed on invoice. Very disappointed with this FAKE company it seems. They also will not respond via email and there is not a customer service number listed. The company claims to be based in TX however items come from another country.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. First of all the reviews on their site are fake. I just posted one and it’s not showing up. I ordered a dress for my daughters prom in royal blue and paid extra for custom size I emailed them to confirm the color was correct bc the description of the dress was “pink lace dress”. They emailed me back confirming I ordered the royal blue. In three weeks the dress arrived in aqua. I’ve been trying to fix the issue for four days, losing valuable time, bc they cannot comprehend my issue. I’ve sent them screenshots of their own confirmation email. So if I don’t receive the correct dress I will get my money back through my credit card company. This company is not legit. UPDATE: Apr. 9. I did receive a credit back fr my credit card company. They refused to accept my “return” bc it’s custom, although they were at fault. Do you see what I mean by their reply below? They are not sorry, believe me. I believe if you luck up and receive the correct dress all is well. If there’s a problem…you are out of luck. No customer service phone number…email takes atleast 2 days to respond. Live chat w someone who is not willing to solve your issue is your only option. Buyer beware.

If I could give NEGATIVE 0 Stars, I would! I placed an order on 3/14/2023. A mailing label was created on 4/1/2023 only after I sent numerous emails complaining. Parcel was never shipped. This company is a complete scam! I SUGGEST FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

If I could give this negative stars, I would! We did expedited shipping & was given 3-5 business days to ship. We are going on 11 business days & it still has not shipped & they will not give us a ship date! We are told it’s “in production”. I have tried to cancel the order but conveniently cannot because it’s past their 3 day policy. Now they want to only do a partial refund. If this were a custom dress, I could understand but this is an off the rack size!! And on top of that, we were charged a Foreign Transaction Fee that was not disclosed on the website! This website is a joke, a scam, a fraud! I have reported them to Google Ads as fraud so hopefully no one else will be duped into this “too good to be true” website. I will copy & paste this report to every review website I can!! This is poor customer service & they refuse to make it right!!

Update to: Worst Service, Is NO Service. So, March 26th I get an undisclosed text about delivery of a package. Because I did not know who the text was from and because spam calls and texts are running ramped I did not respond AND blocked the texted. On the 27th I get an email from DressSelf that my item has been shipped and if upon arrival I do not want it to send a pic of the item. Then a follow up email with tracking info. The pkg. was ro be delivered by DHL. I put 2 and 2 together and contacted DHL because if I could still get the dress I would count it as a win. DHL has the dress on their truck but re-delivery will not be attempted until 4/3/23. Prom was last night, 3/31/23. So, I arranged for DHL to drop dress at one of the outposts and I would drive 100 mi. round trip and pick up yesterday morning. I got to outpost yesterday morning and dress had not been delivered. I gave up and called DHL back and told them to RETURN TO SENDER. I have/had no use for the item anymore

Order number WBDSFUS9096 Company can not update me of when item will be shipped. Paid expedited shipping only to be told “rest assure” …. Prom is almost here and no dress … what a way to end Senior year !!!!

Ordered a dress on March 11th. It’s been more than 15 days for them to process the dress and I paid expedited shipping. I can’t get any information other than it’s still processing. This company is a rip off and I will never order from there again. I also asked for a refund and they said no! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
