I used to be a huge LALA fan but lately the quality isn’t there, the prices continue to increase and are insane for the quality you get, the new designs look rushed and are awful, the shipping takes forever, the customer service is lacking at best. This brand has gotten ridiculous and is SO not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

I just ordered my first item and though the dress fits perfectly and is very much my style, I can't get over how cheap the material is. Especially for the price of the dress. I'm in the uk so maybe I'm just use to a different quality but it would absolutely make me think twice about ordering from this store again.
