We put a great deal of care and intention into every step of our process, from design to production. Each piece is designed in-house by our team, and our collections are planned many months in advance to ensure the best possible quality, fit, and feel. We weren’t able to locate any communication from you regarding this order, but we’d love the opportunity to help clarify. Our return process includes a small handling fee, which covers the cost of the prepaid return label we provide. As outlined in our return policy, if an item is returned to us in unsellable condition—such as with stains or visible signs of wear—we do not keep the item but return it to the customer. Your most recent order with us was placed over a year ago, but even so, we wanted to make things right and offered a replacement or store credit for the item in question.
