Not what it used to be
Updated: Stellar customer service. The company promptly reached out to me to correct this issue. I am super grateful for not only their response but the fact that they made this right. Thank you. I have been a fan of LaLa for years. I treat myself once a year to a few items during their Black Friday sale. It appears that the quality control recently is severely lacking. I purchased a fairly expensive dress that I’ve been coveting ALL YEAR and it looks like I could’ve sewn it myself. First off, it’s gigantic. I measured and the sleeves hang 7 inches below my hands. Who has arms that hang down to their knees? And the seam under the bust is crazy crooked/diagonal. It’s unwearable. I can’t return it because it’s final sale and I can’t resell it because I wouldn’t do that someone else. So I’m out over $100 and left with a pile of poorly sewn leopard print fabric. Sadly I think this will be my last order. I work too hard and too many jobs to waste my money like this. Please do better.
