I purchased the Solaris 718 and I love it! I had been using an electric fireplace to heat my living room but the Solaris 718 does it warmer and faster! It is very quiet, and looks nice, too. I am very glad I got it.

I had a fan that randomly stopped spinning. I informed them of my issue and they sent me a replacement AND allowed me to keep the other fan. Tina worked amazingly with me.

Worst company EVER....In my opinion they are liars I can't stand liars . Was told days ago your item has shipped BULLSHIT ...It has said on the UPS site item NOT received . This lying company tells me UPS has it but because it's the busy time of the season that's why it says that . Well I called UPS they DON'T have the package PERIOD ...DON'T TRUST THESE LYING LOW LIFES PERIOD

Great little heater - love how you can set it to come one when you walk in the room and shuts off after you walk out.

Easy to assemble, easy to set-up, and easy to use.

Three heaters and three fans are very good quality and work very good. I have mixed feelings about same remotes operating all. I think it would be nice to be able to be coded to each heater or fan. Shipping actually moving seems slow at times. Overall I am very happy with Dreo.

I purchased a ceramic heater and I was super happy with my purchase. However, the ceramic heater stopped working after about 8 months of use. I remember I had an active warranty and reached out to a customer service representative. I was able to get a refund promptly. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service. I will be using the money received from the refund to purchase another ceramic heater from Dreo.
