DREOReviews of dreo.com

I bought the 518 tower fan pre heatwave. What a superb unit lots of choices of speed and settings well worth the money and quiet too! My only criticism of the comany, I respect their brilliant fans sell well, but they have no processes in place to tell you when new stocks are due. They do sell on Amazon but that’s a site I refuse to use.

Firstly I have a fix if you are having DPD problems like I did. So the company sent me a text with a tracking number but I couldn’t add safe place or neighbour and I received no tracking updates to my email or phone. I believe this is Dreo’s fault for not adding ALL of the customer details to their outbound order with DPD. I have had successful deliveries from DPD for years with no problems whatsoever, they usually send a email or text the morning of delivery with a 1 hour time slot. I got no timeslot so the first day my Fan was attempted delivery late afternoon and then taken away. So couldn’t change in the App or logged in on the website, the fix you have to click ‘contact customer service’ on the DPD website and you then get the Safe Space/Neighbour screen after a few more clicks, you can now leave a safeplace or designated neighbour a feature you should have had from tracking in the app but DREO messed it all up. So the DPD guy came today once again no contact saying item was out for delivery but they left in my safe place! Thank god! I was loosing my marbles yesterday in the heatwave really not happy that my fan had been misdelivered. Anyway got the fan up and running today the 765s Tower Misting fan. It’s awesome, I am now coping on the hottest day of the year. I very nearly didn’t get my fan though. 4 stars because of the shipping/communication problems, very happy with the product however. With Thanks

I have other Dreo products and had trouble with getting one to respond to my app on my phone. I bought this for my 250 sq. ft cabin as an extra heat source. I haven't set this heater up yet, but am hoping the wifi will work without a hitch. I did try is at home to make sure it works. It does, but I wish it would throw a lot more heat than it does.

We now have two of these heaters in our home, which is heated by wood stove in Maine. We have one in our bathroom and one in my daughters room which is in the back of the house. They work very well, very safe, and I love that I connect too them from my phone to turn on/off, set a timer, or see what the current temp. is in that room. HOWEVER I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order from the Dreo website directly again, I will always order from a supplier. They shipping was worse then bad, I cannot stand when the shipping label is printed and then they don't actually ship the item for a whole week! First heater from Walmart got here in 4 days, Dreo it took 3 flipping weeks. Like get it together people.

Thought it would put out a bit more heat

The fan is decent. It's very confusing though when you order something with one model number and you get something that is labeled completely different when it arrives. They had me thinking there was a mix-up at the shipping warehouse when I ordered a "Smart Tower Fan 519S" and what showed up was a "Cruiser Pro T2S (2nd Gen)" - Apparently they're the same fan, but with 2 different names/sku......??? Why complicate it like that??? Their support team was great, and efficient, with me. Quite quick in email responses, and answered my questions directly. I like the fan. I like the remote. I like the style. I like the deals, even though it took a few times and a while of waiting to get them to work properly... Don't really like feeling like I've been misled by the packaging - If you say I'm getting a thing called XYZ then I should be getting a thing called XYZ, not QBC. Clean it up!

Quick and easy order and delivery, with one hiccup. Dreo responded quickly and solved the problem.

From start to finish this was a great experience. One, who doesn’t like discounts and special offers; so pricing was great! Two, shipped quickly and arrived with undamaged packaging. Three has great features. One negative, there is a dent that runs along one side. Right side if your looking at the display. Doesn’t seem to affect the performance. I am not one to mess around with returns and replacements.
