DREOReviews of dreo.com

The fact that I have to buy this item that is replacing an item that you made with toxic material with not very much durability and has been flaking for months. The products that you have created here aren’t really the greatest in the mind of the humans. I’m glad you are making a profit of a dumbasses for buying your product. But the fact is, you could’ve made a great product but you decided to use cheap toxic materials that aren’t put together very well.

Delivery service is very slow. I should have my heater last week. Sometimes I hate ordering direct from the company. The product is great but the delivery service sucks.

I originally contacted Dreo regarding an issue with one of my units, and after discussion they offered to send a replacement. They specifically confirmed in writing that they would upgrade me to the HPF017S (I originally ordered the 517S, but Amazon shipped me the now discontinued 513S) as a goodwill gesture, and that I could keep the original unit. Instead, a different model (the discontinued HPF013S/513S) was sent without any prior communication. When I queried this, I was told this was intentional and that they had sent the original model I ordered because it was back in stock; the item also appears to be a used return. This was confusing, as the replacement had already been agreed and confirmed. If Dreo wanted to change the resolution, they should have contacted me first rather than sending a different product and explaining after I contacted them about it. The customer service responses have been polite(albeit slow), but the lack of communication around a changed agreement has been frustrating. A simple message asking whether I was happy to accept the alternative model would have avoided the issue entirely. I appreciate that Dreo attempted to resolve the original problem, but the way the replacement was handled has left me disappointed.

Much later delivery date then anticipated/promised

I got the milk frother and was happy with it, but the fan for frothing doesn’t stay put when your pour the milk. I poured the milk and the fan fell out and broke. I’ve tried contacting support to find a solution. I wouldn’t mind paying for a new fan - but you can’t on their website. After initially getting back to me, support has not replied for two weeks and I cannot use the milk frother.

I had ordered a remote for my heater and got the remote, before i can use it i lost it, so I went to order another one and you're sold out, with in a day of purchasing the remote, when i searched for one online it's more money. How can Dreo be sold out?
