The fused blew not even a month of usage

I bought a Dreo humidifier. Have been using it for a few weeks. It super easy to operate, works well and after some time of use the water vapor is super strong. I can only recomend it!

Got my product on time. Instructions were clear, and the product so far has been great.

Very convenient aisy to use excellent results

I got the milk frother and was happy with it, but the fan for frothing doesn’t stay put when your pour the milk. I poured the milk and the fan fell out and broke. I’ve tried contacting support to find a solution. I wouldn’t mind paying for a new fan - but you can’t on their website. After initially getting back to me, support has not replied for two weeks and I cannot use the milk frother.

I purchased this fan because of the good reviews. I didnt realize there was a problem until it was stuck on a 4 hour timer. There is no way to reset the fan. Unplugging it for a day doesn't reset it. Pressing the power button for 10 seconds does nothing. Since it's stuck on a 4 hour timer it shuts off even though I set the timer to 0. I've contacted Dreo and I have explained the issues, specifically writing that pressing 0 for 10 seconds and leaving it unplugged for a day does not reset it. The timer is also stuck on 4 hours. The rep asked for videos, which I sent. Well, 15+ emails and four videos later, they are sending me a new one. It was maddening getting to this point but I'm glad I persevered and didn't get so upset I said to fforgt it! Hopefully the new one will work correctly

I've bought a Dreo heater on Amazon, because the heating system in my flat just wasn't keeping up with colder temperatures outside. About two weeks in, I'm really glad I did. The heater works well, the thermostat is accurate and responsive, the remote control is convenient, and energy usage is fine (I'm using eco mode).

I was very glad to find a warm-steam humidifier! I happen to believe that warm steam is the healthiest for the nervous system. I ordered 2 of the same humidifiers; and, was delighted that they, actually, arrived, together, within the projected time: 8 days, to be exact! Very rare, these days! We are enjoying using these simple, effective humidifiers.
