I've ordered my remote on the 10th and still haven't received it yet October 25th.....extremely disappointed

I ordered on 10/10, said ready for shipment for over a week. After many calls and assurances it had already shipped, FedEx did not receive the shipment until 10/20. I still have not received the Heater 725. Today is 10/25. Joe M.

Its wasn't good. Filter didn't fit tried to get a refund and they stated it does fit. So now I've wasted my money and still no filter

Ordered 9/18, have not received. It is now 10/1. Have not received status or delivery date.

I have a DREO misting fan that I bought three months ago. The mist feature no longer works. I’m familiar with caring for fans like this. Distilled water only. Not leaving water in the reservoir. I did everything right. It’s past the 30 return. DREO wants a video of it not working. How the?! I understand needing the receipt and such, but a video?! Cmon now. I can see that they’re not going to help me out. So, here I am telling you to buy with caution with them. Caveat Emptor

I ordered the DREO 20dB Silent Tower Fan on 23 June 2026, with delivery scheduled for 29 June. I stayed at home all day waiting for it, only for Amazon to claim that “the customer refused delivery” — which was completely untrue. When I contacted Amazon, I was eventually told the actual reason was that the item had supposedly been damaged in transit. I was told I would receive a refund and would need to place a new order. Of course, by then the fan was out of stock. So I ordered the next model up, the DREO Smart Tower Fan for Bedroom & Home, which advertised a delivery timeframe of 1–2 months. I accepted the ridiculous wait because I actually wanted the product. They took the FULL TWO MONTHS. Then, on the very day the order was supposed to arrive, they cancelled it. So after nearly two months of waiting, I ended up with absolutely nothing. The entire experience has been an unbelievable waste of my time. Two orders, multiple delivery issues, weeks of waiting, contradictory explanations and ultimately no fan. If DREO and Amazon cannot fulfil an order, they should not take someone’s money, make them wait months, and then cancel it on the promised delivery date. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from DREO. Based on my experience, the entire process has been an absolute shambles. DREO — you have managed to turn buying a tower fan into a two-month saga with no ending. Congratulations.

J'ai acheté un ventilateur brumisateur tour 711AS, malheureusement je me suis rendu compte après achat qu'il fallait le raccorder à une alimentation d'eau extérieur, car c'est un ventilateur d'extérieur et non d'intérieur ! J'ai voulu annuler ma commande directement sur le site, mais en commandant directement chez eux, cela ne crée pas de compte, impossible d'annuler la commande le même jour, j'ai envoyé un email avec la référence de ma commande, le prix, mes coordonnées... mais 5 jours plus tard j'ai reçu le colis et aucune réponse de mon email ! Je suis furieux de ce genre de pratique commercial qui ne respecte pas le droit français, je n'ai pas de voiture et habite à la campagne, je me retrouve avec un ventilateur à 170 € sans possibilité d'utiliser le brumisateur en intérieur ou à installer un tuyau disgracieux dans la maison! Je voulais acheter d'autres articles chez eux, et bien j'irais voir ailleurs, ce sont des voleurs!

Sort your Amazon UK listings out , fans are available and I have been trying to check out a fan for a week now but apparently there is a technical issue , Amazon customer service say they have had 100s of complaints that week saying the same thing , they also keep increasing the price from £199 to £867 , seems a bit of a scam .
