The ordering process was good. Easy, quick and delivered as scheduled. Am very happy with the two products that I have received. A smart fan for summer and now a whole room heater for winter. Both are definitely the best fan and space heater I’ve ever used. And I have used a lot of each. I will most definitely look at using more of Dreo products.

The customer service representative that responded to my email works extremely professional and took my concerns seriously which is delightful in this world where the customer is no longer considered important.

This heater is whisper quiet and does a great job heating a room. I like that it is on wheels and I can move it where I need it.
