DREOReviews of dreo.com

Product is built with quality and came packaged well.

Very quick and easy

I contacted Dreo about a tower fan than was under warranty. I quickly got a reply. I complied with the proof that they requested. I promptly was shipped a replacement unit. The

The fan is decent. It's very confusing though when you order something with one model number and you get something that is labeled completely different when it arrives. They had me thinking there was a mix-up at the shipping warehouse when I ordered a "Smart Tower Fan 519S" and what showed up was a "Cruiser Pro T2S (2nd Gen)" - Apparently they're the same fan, but with 2 different names/sku......??? Why complicate it like that??? Their support team was great, and efficient, with me. Quite quick in email responses, and answered my questions directly. I like the fan. I like the remote. I like the style. I like the deals, even though it took a few times and a while of waiting to get them to work properly... Don't really like feeling like I've been misled by the packaging - If you say I'm getting a thing called XYZ then I should be getting a thing called XYZ, not QBC. Clean it up!

I really appreciate how the humidifier works. And how efficient it is. I love the way it works with my WiFi and Alexa.

Shipping was excellent. Product is well made and , very good installation instructions.

Awesome Product!!! Dreo is definitely one of my favorite companies to buy these type of appliances from.
