As far as the software goes everything…
As far as the software goes everything works fine. the problem is the price keeps going up every yr. It's very expensive. this yr for drake portals it was $300 for it to jump to $1400 it loco. please find a way to stabilize pricing.

DRAKE is NOT the quality product it used to be
DRAKE has been a wonderful tax product over the last 20 years. That all changed for 2026. The support was almost non-existent. All were were told was to go find the answer to our issue on the "Knowledge base" If I wanted to go hunt for the answer, I wouldn't need support. Also, the biggest disappointment is that DRAKE removed some calculations that have worked seamlessly for 20 years and now they made them a manual calculation. This is completely unacceptable. Most likely, we will be moving to a new tax software. DRAKE was an awesome product when they were family owned, but everything has slid downhill the last 2 years. It is NOT a product I would recommend to a friend or even a competitor

Great Software for my 1040 Practice
They are adding additional features that are very helpful such as a workflow which makes them easier to continue to use as you grow and in this work from anywhere environment. With it's pricing as long as it doesn't go up too much it is the perfect fit for my 1040 Seasonal Practice
