I can't speak for the quality of the products sold by Dossier as I am yet to purchase any. However, the customer service team are exceptionally friendly and approachable and it is clear that customers are highly valued. I contacted Dossier via email asking if they could recommend any of their products which might be similar to a couple of brand names I like. I received an email response back within the same day (it was a weekday) from a friendly person called Mark, who not only received a couple of recommendations of pre-existing scents, but also contacted the team who come up with the scent profiles so that they might consider making perfumes similar to what I'm looking for in future. I would happily provide a 5* review but because I haven't personally tried the products yet, I don't feel as though I can rightly do so. Based solely on the customer service aspect, Dossier definitely deserve the 5*!

I‘m a long time customer and buy perfumes from them atleast every three months. My last order for some reason was lost/misdelivered. I contacted them and they were very responsive and extremely helpful. They‘ve guided me regarding steps to take to file a claim and in the end, got a satisfactory end result. They replaced my whole order and re-shipped it free of charge. They take care of their customers and I‘m an avid fan for life~

Excellent company. I would give 5+ star for Customer service. Response is really quick and I loved the perfumes. They smell exact the same as brands that were inspired. I wish I could have found this before.

My bottle busted during delivery and customer service immediately sent me a new one. I wasn't expecting to hear from them until after the Thanksgiving holiday but nope they emailed me a confirmation for my new bottle right on Thanksgiving morning.

This company is great. They accidentally shipped the wrong item. I notified them of it, and they offered to let me keep the incorrect item, and sent me out the correct item at no extra charge! And they did it fast as well! This is definitely a good, trustworthy company, that I will happily and confidently order from again! Thanks for your great customer service Dossier!!!
