I almost didn't believe I actually received personal support from Dossier's Mark (at customer support) who --at my request--cancelled and refunded my initial order--so I could take advantage of the site's 50% off for purchasing six products. Mark actually refunded me on my word I would return to the PDP and re-order. I like that! Restores my belief that fair and good business transactions are alive and well on the internet!

I made an order few days ago but then I wanted to cancel it so I emailed dossier they took two to three days to reply but then they replied to my email and canceled my order without asking any question. If your wondering why I canceled my order because after ordering next day I saw there’s a better deal on dossier website so i re ordered the perfume again. I’m telling you dossier have the best perfume ever. This is my second time ordering perfume from them. Not only that they always have some type of sale going on. You should definitely try it. Trust me it’s worth it😊

My shipment did not make it to my house and Dossier was extremely helpful, made it really easy to troubleshoot and they resent the order right away.

I love this company. Reasonable prices. Especially during Black Friday sales. I bought so much perfume for family and friends!! I couldn't figure out how to use my points and the support team helped me. I'm so thankful for that also. Can't wait for new scents!!
