I LOVE my perfume. It's "Powdery Coconut" - smells exactly like Tom Ford's fragrance. Also, customer service is great. I had a problem with a delivery and they took care of it.

Dossier is an excellent company! I am a huge fan of so many of their fragrances and I haven’t even tried half of them. Top notch customer service, and you can’t beat the return policy. Highly recommend them- I’ll be doing business with them for a long time.

Package was never delivered and no help from Dossier. Had to file a claim with DHL and still nothing has been resolved. Any reputable company would have replaced package by now. Terrible customer service, if there even is a customer service.

The customer service was beyond exceptional. This company has great integrity when it comes to order issues. I usually read reviews on sites like these before I place my order. What I can tell you is I’m not a fake reviewer. I spend my hard earned money on these products.I can’t speak for others but I can personally say I received what was advertised. I’m happy I took the leap and received the three perfume bottles that I ordered that were advertised on the site. My fav scent is the ambery vanilla.I like the smell and am happy I got my products shipped after the carrier forgot to deliver to the correct address. Customer service was amazing with communication and got my problem resolved with no hiccups. I usually don’t have the time to place reviews but they deserve one from me based off of their great communication.

I love my amber saffron. Exactly 💯 like baccarat Rouge love love love it 😀 😍 ❤️. My only issue is that it doesn't last long enough? I need to reapply. But oh well I guess I need a bigger bottle!? Lol Maybe a customer appreciation sized one for my purse!? Pm me Dossier!?

Customer service was right on time and didn’t give me problems or negative feedback . I had a return that was suppose to arrive on a given date but arrived the day after but it never showed up on there end for tracking purposes. I contacted customer thru email and bam the following day they found it and processed my exchange with no problem. That’s all we want as good customers when we spend our money is great customer service and understanding. I’ll definitely be ordering again
