If you search my name, you will see review #1 with a reply from Dossier telling me to reach out to fix the problem. Dossier writes these replies for those reading the reviews, not for the person who was intentionally scammed out of $300. I "reached out" and got ZERO response. Beware of unasked for monthly subscriptions. I have ordered ONE bottle per year of the same fragrance for the last two years. I check out under guest. My third year order was turned into a monthly subscription where they take $39.99 per month from my account. No resolution, no response, just $300 of cheap a$$ perfume.

I was blown away how similar these perfumes are! Rose31 dupe is exactly the same and long lasting! Extremely happy with my purchase!
