Customer service, the way it is meant to be! I kept seeing this company online and decided to order a gift. I chose a scent that was similar to the designer fragrance that my recipient already liked. They absolutely love it! The fragrance has staying power and smells amazing. I did end up needing customer service for my order due to a shipping issue and everything was resolved very quickly with outstanding communication. Couldn't ask for more in a purchasing experience. Everything was so satisfactory that I immediately placed a second order of a new fragrance for myself! I love fragrances, and I have quite the perfume collection, and I find these products to be great quality. Not only do I highly recommend the company, but I will also be a long-term customer. Thank you, Dossier!

Hola, este comentario es en especial para el soporte de Customer Service, me atendieron muy bien y resolvieron mi situación.

Quick reply and good communication!

Firstly, the scent I received (Fruity Gardenia) is spot on and just as expected. Secondly, the customer service is great! Initially, I ordered the wrong scent. As my order had not yet been processed, I emailed customer support and asked if my order could be changed. I received a reply promptly, saying they had fixed my order! It was incredible. Thank you Dossier!

Hello :) We have just received The Spicy Vetiver – and my husband Tom loves it! It’s elegant, warm, and truly addictive. Dossier was recommended to us by ChatGPT, and it turned out to be a fantastic suggestion. Fast delivery, lovely packaging, and great value for money. We’re very happy and will definitely order again! Kind regards from EU Poland, Rose Wine

Very helpful, responded right away when I needed to return and the process was super easy!

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Excellent Thank you!

The post office near me is awful. They have "lost" so many of my orders. After they "lost" my Dossier order I had had enough. So I let the Dossier team know and they helped me from start to finish with getting the products to me. I paid for the items to be covered and Dossier shipped them out after I didn't hear anything about the post office. They were super helpful and clear and made it pain free. I would say that it would be nice to lay for a coverage that allows reshipping to be 2 day shipping instead of regular shipping. But everything was a 10/10 helpful experience. This was my first purchase with you guys and I'm glad you showed me I can trust you. I will be ordering again.
