I order my valentine's gifts from there website on February 1st and they just now emailed me at 9:30pm 1 and half days before valentine's day to tell me they canceled my order. Now I'm stuck running around looking for something to get my wife and if your a man you understand how if feels to give your girl a rush bad gift and all I get a cancel email not even a sorry smh. Will be posting on every website I can.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed my order over a week ago and still have yet to receive anything about it being prepared or shipped. I emailed them three times and still haven’t heard back!!!!! At this point I just want my money back bc there is no way I will get it in two days!!!!

CHECK IT OUT - Look at the 1-star and 5-star reviews.... ALL of the lowest ratings are from MEN likely purchasing for significant others (very probable)... ALL of the highest ratings are from women “buying for themselves/friends” (probably paid reviewers). Wow! Ordered items on 2/2/20 and paid expedited shipping to arrive for Valentines Day. Never got an email stating processing was complete, nor a tracking number. Sent email on 2/8/20 requesting order status (processing should have been done in 1-3 days, and the shipping deadline was almost upon us). As I’m looking for the phone number online later that night, I discover many negative reviews similar to mine. Since my order hadn’t processed, I went through Amazon Pay and cancelled it. Four days later (today), I get an email from DoR stating my order got lost, BUT they just found it, AND, TWO days before Valentines Day, they are “preparing” my order for shipping (tracking number will be sent in 24 hours).....still no phone number, but they included a coupon for my next purchase!!! Did I mention I cancelled the order 4 days ago? “I already got a different gift for my wife - I can’t trust you’re going to make it in time. Just give me a refund.” What planet am I on? Now, I’m filing a fraud claim on these guys.

Having the same problem as most reviewers on here. Ordered the 1st of February, and still not shipped yet. Extremely unprofessional for charging 249 dollars for roses. Can't review the actual product because they won't send it.

Placed an order back on Jan 26. No update since then. They claim their products ship in 5-7 business days, we're now over 2 weeks in and UPS tracking shows that the item is still processesing and has never been recieved by them, as well as Dose of Roses website order page still saying the order is processing. Have attempted emailing multiple times, and also tried contacting them via their websites chat system. No response. Terrible customer service and experience so far. Would not recommend and at this point don't even expect to recieve my items, and am trying to find out how to get a refund.

Ordered on Feb 4th, Still not shipped as of 12 Feb. Contacted customer service, no reply. Tried to post review on their site and looks like they only allow 4 or 5 star review to show up because my 1 star review is not on there.

This business is horrible. Ordered with 2nd day air and I still haven't received tracking about my order. I ordsred 2 weeks before today to plan ahead. Over paid for shipping just to not even receive the slowest possible ground service. My product hasn't even shipped. I'm convinced there is no customer service. The WORST
