Black Teddy bear was cute but didn’t come as pictured. It had a plain black ribbon instead of the white ribbon with the diamond and the name of the company.

Not exactly what I expected, but I got it around the 5-7 business days and it looks nice. Haven’t given the gift yet but the rose does look nice. They aren’t glass and material is made to look cool. Overall decent product.

I receive in about a week and a half. It will be a late Christmas present to some of the ladies in my family. I feel a little disappointed because they definitely added special effects to the “bling quality” of the roses. Also not sure why they say it is coated in 24k gold when it is CLEARLY plastic that was coated with a gold color. I held it up to different lamps and lights in my house. Hold it close and it catches the light. I couldn’t test it outside because there haven’t been sunny days.

I ordered a galaxy rose on December 1st as a Christmas gift for my mom. After waiting a few weeks for the gift and never receiving anything, I emailed the company. They did provide me with a tracking number the very next day, which I found odd, and then I took it to myself to read some of the comments online. I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company after reading the reviews stating that the item was never received by multiple people. Fortunately for me, my package did arrive on December 24th, 3 weeks after the order was placed. Honestly, for 60ish bucks, I would not purchase again. However, I did receive the product purchased and have withdrawn my credit card dispute. I don’t feel that it is the best quality item for the cost, since the stand is plastic and cheap looking, but the glass is real and I have a present for the Holiday which is all I wanted.

I saw the "scam" reviews and thought I was in big trouble after a purchase. As it happens sometimes, companies do not plan for the influx of orders around the holiday season so they end up slowing down orders and delivery. My order came to me just fine, however, the order to ship time was 3 weeks. It also took more than a week to receive. I did send these people an email inquiring but didn't hear back. I suppose they're too busy but I'm thinking they're in need of some serious reorganization too.

Okay so I'm only leaving a 3star bc of the amount of time it took.. Other then that i am very happy... I ordered a galaxy rose for my son to give to his girlfriend.. We ordered it in black Friday. They took my mom right away. Got an email talking about 2 days to process and then 7-10 business days for delivery. (Might of been 5-7) two weeks go by and nothing. No update or anything.. I did end up emailing them 3 times and finally on dec 15th thelabel was made and it was finally shipped. I was worried i had been scammed and i read about how horrible the items are if and when you finally get them. Well my delivery date was 12-21-19. And sure enough, i got my package today. Opened it up and it's BEAUTIFUL. Im happy and so is my soon.. I can wait to see his girlfriends reaction. I am an ACTUAL customer..
