Well, at least I received my order but I was sure disappointed at the quality of the product. Plastic and cheap. It's like something you would get at the dollar store. They are pretty as long as you don't look too closely.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Never received. Emailed company numerous times and get no response. Web search reveals MANY other customers have also been scammed.

I ordered weeks before Valentine's day. And I was told my order would be Valentine's day arrival which is February 11th. I contacted them because my package did not arrive February 11th. I was told that my package was lost in transit. They said they would send it to me UPS next day air but, they actually sent it UPS ground. Which means that I will receive my package a week after Valentine's day. When I ordered the package the third day of January. This unjust. I strongly advise that no one spends money here. I dont understand why I'm being punished by the company's poor performance. I've been nothing but, professional but this really takes the trust out of online shopping.

$20 for a piece of plastic. The box it came in was nicer than the product. Complete rip off. The description on their site made it out to be the most amazing creation ever. It's pretty but it is not worst more than $5. If you choose to buy half a dozen or more don't be a fool. This is a straight rip off.

Worst nonexistent customer service ever!!! Ordered a Galaxy Rose when it arrived it would not light up. I contacted them via Email because they don't have a phone number and all I got was a BS auto reply "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Well it's been a week and nothing else so I figure I'm screwed. I will never buy anything else from them!

Ordered Galaxy Rose on January 10th 2020.. a day from Valentines and it still has not come in.. No response from customer service. After reading all these comments and reviews I am getting frustrated by the minute.
