I can say that I was surprised with the dilivery. I ordered a galaxy rose and received it in 4 days. That is really the only positive. Received the rose and it feels very cheap. The dome is glass but the bottom piece feels like cheap plastic. You can see the glue where the glass and plastic meets. Feels and looks like stuff you buy from dollar store. For $50 they could have included at least batteries. Will not recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a single rose in a box last Friday, 2/6. I was a bit concerned about receiving my order in time for Valentine's Day, but I received the order today, 2/12 with no issue. The item came via UPS and I had no issues tracking the package along the way. I used a 40% off coupon received the order so with shipping my order came to $32.79. The smell of the rose is a bit strange and perfumy, but all in all, it is a nice item. I probably wouldn't order another in the future, but it did arrive in time for the holiday and is a nice idea so I am giving it four stars.

I love how the services here at dose of roses are so accommodating, I always get fast replies from the staff online. So cool. Thanks a lot, dose of roses.

Definitely a scam everything everyone is saying about receiving tracking information and nothing further and no contact other then emails that dont get answered is absolutely true this company is a complete waste and a crook. They arent delivering on anything as promised. Those 5 star reviews are a load of bs i can assure you that all the negative reviews are the truth wish i would have read this before going and submitting an order because it was a waste of time money and a huge disappointment plus the hassle of a dispute with my credit card company

I ordered a galaxy rose in November for my gf as a Christmas gift. It’s almost Valentines Day and I still haven’t gotten the package in the mail... Don’t waste your time or your money on this.

Scam!!! No response to email. No phone number that you can call. No shipping information with tracking. Look at YouTube before ordering this crap and see the poor quality of their products. I am disputing the charges. I cancelled hours after placing order. Even the phone number attached to the business does not work? I guarantee all positive reviews are the company Trying to hide these reviews.

Wish there was an option to give them 0 stars! My boyfriend wanted to surprise me for Valentines Day by getting these nearly $300 roses. He started freaking out today and let me know today that he ordered them for me last Monday and paid for the shipping option for them to be delivered today (Tuesday 2/11). The last email he received was last Wednesday saying the order is processing.. No shipping/tracking email since then. It was supposed to be delivered TODAY. There were also no responses to his emails trying to follow up on the status of these flowers either. What a shame that this company messes up surprises that are supposed to be meaningful like this. I literally had to call his bank to dispute this charge🤦🏽‍♀️. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. Even if you check their Instagram tagged photos 99.9% majority of the photos are paid IG models, you BARELY see any "regular/non paid IG posting it. P.S - ALL OF THESE 5 star reviews are obviously people who work for the company😂 they're all written so corny and with the same grammar. Lol like who would write "I got the girl of my dreams because of these flowers"?!! Thats a joke bc in the society we live in You get the "girl of your dreams with a chanel bag not these flowers 😂🤦🏽‍♀️
