Ordered a rose bear three weeks ago That was guaranteed to be delivered by Valentine’s Day. It’s now February 20. I have emailed them multiple times As well as their Facebook page. Never even got a response. Do not order from them. Wasted $80.

I will never use this company again - I ordered over a week ago one there bears to be delivered by 2/13/19 to my daughter - not only did the item never show, but the customer support was a joke - never got a response and item could not be tracked - I am turning the company into the BBB.

Such cheap crap. It’s an insult that I actually paid money for one of their rose bears. The whole thing was covered in a web of hot glue. The overall quality is abysmal and has a painful chemical smell
