Due to COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, was not able to assist me in opening a business account. Was told that there is no process for opening a business account at the Grand Blanc location. Huntington Bank has a process. I no longer am in need of services. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that. I just talked to our business department and they said we are able to open business accounts at all of our branches that are open. The person you talked to must have been misinformed.

I was told I would get a call to set up an appt. I've never received a call @ all.

Made a phone appointment and never got…
Made a phone appointment and never got the call. The time was 12.00 I waited the whole day. Called today and left my call back number and still did not get a call back.

I had an appointment
I had an appointment, the morning of the appointment it was cancelled, all I wanted to do was open a business checking account. I was never helped with the opening of the account,nor did anybody contact me.
