The call was disappointing as our Loan person was unprepared. She then offered a follow up email and phone call back and she has not done so yet. We need a call back!

Havent got my card yet an this whole ordeal is very displeasing

Very disappointed inyour credit union called and making an appointment and still had to wait through the drive-through 45 minutes making an appointment was a waste of time I'll never use your credit union again

I didn’t receive my email to cancel my joint account

I was able to walk in and sit down with a representative from my bank, but no with Dort Financial even after my daughter was told we could. I am not happy with this

I was disappointed in the fact dort federal didn’t allow me to skip my loan during the pandemic. Only allowed for 2 months when the state is still on lock down till the middle of the month. They are still getting paid the high interest so why they couldn’t help me out during this crisis baffles me.

Dort federal never called

The cashier takes to long to process request!! I pulled up to post sent in request 10 people was waited on before I asked what was taking so long and she responded “were working on it” A total of 15 people /car was complete before the cashier finished my request and cars behind me start honking their car horns‼️ It took the cashier 30 minutes to complete my transaction ‼️
