I am disgusted with Dort Financial. My wife and I applied for a mortgage, they pulled our credit and never contacted us or sent us anything in the mail. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. I even emailed Mary from the Fenton office and she never responded. So we are way past the time to look into other mortgage companies without it hurting our credit and Dort Financial was no where to be found. Terrible customer service and mortgage team and thanks for marking up our credit for no reason at all!

Payment hasn't been posted in over two weeks, making it look very over due. I had paid in cash so it should have posted quickly. Called to try to resolve the issue but Audrey "didn't feel comfortable" helping me because my phone number was wrong and I happen to have a high pitched voice for a Timothy. I feel she assumed my gender over the phone and am EXTREMELY displeased with the service I received. I answered all of her questions (social security number, full name, and date of birth) correctly and without hesitation, and could have answered more detailed questions about the account to verify myself given the opportunity. This isn't the first issue I've had with this credit union, they are constantly texting me telling me I owe them more money after I've already paid said amount. They also haven't been sending bill payment reminders in the mail.

Helped me so much. Had a fraud case and the the girl at front desk was so nice and made it so easy for me to understand. And walked me threw all of it. Thank you to all i talked to about this and helped us out to resolve if possible. Thank you

Very difficult to talk to the member service person. Could not understand her

They called at 913 am told me to be there at 930 am. Originally was only supposed to be phone appointment. So I left work got there @941 am and they made me reschedule. Because I was ten minutes late. So I called a manager and they never got back with me. I’ve been banking here for 20 yrs. very disappointed Davison rd main branch flint mich

She didn't activate my new card. She advised me to get in a line that stretched around the block, instead of just going in & activating it. She said, it wasn't their policy... Well, shouldn't your policy be, to cater to the members cuz, we are why you are there ! That was last wknd. it's now going to be Wed. morning & I still don't have an active card ! ............ DO WE SEE A PROBLEM HERE ???

i was told one thing and then told something else by another person. The virtial tellers machine suck. Also want to make a truck payment , using a check from another bank and can't. Where is the customer service? I think the money that is spent on the sports center, should be used of improving customer service. I have to park in the street to get to a drive up teller. I needed a new debit card and told to use the night deposit box, I also wanted to deposit some cash and deposit my unemployment check. I was told since I didn't have a pin number for my debit card , I had to drive to a different Dort location to have a teller. Why couldn't the terrible speaking English lady do it all for me. Customer service?will I ever haer from you? we'll see.
