Great customer service

The Lapeer branch made it very easy for me to get a new debit card. The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly!

Last lobby appointment went very well. Got my document notarized in a timely fashion and they were friendly as well.

Long wait in drive through line for the teller due to the coronavirus craziness but once I got up to the teller window it was quick speedy and they had my new debit card ready and waiting for me appreciate it very much

I had an excellent experience yesterday. Even with the pandemic going on the banker was so friendly and got everything I needed done.

Still waiting for pen number..
