I had a great experience with Dort, as I always do. I felt like I had walked into the branch and sat down face to face to apply for the loan. Customer service has always been amazing and this time was no different. My appointment was made by phone, the call came in 5 minutes early, I had to call back as I was still at work, Zach was professional and friendly. I love my Credit Union and the staff who are always able to help me with whatever I need.

I needed to drop off some documents for a home equity loan, I made an appointment at a local branch, showed up at the time of my appointment, was invited inside where a representative addressed my needs in a manner and I was on my way again. My loan officer called me shortly after that and I am moving forward with my loan. Everything is moving along very well.
