The State Rd location is always extremely helpful and professional. The receptionist Makenzie greeted us and made us feel right at home. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the leadership in that branch is stellar and they really care about their staff. Great leaders produce happy employees. Makenzie was waiting for us and had everything ready as soon as we stepped up to the desk. The branch felt clean and safe during this pandemic.

Able to make appointments to meet with your customer service is the best way! Otherwise you do NOT employ enough to assist at our Lapeer branch, way to long of wait times.
