Went in to apply for a loan the process was quick and smooth

It took way too long to get the debit cards. The first one she attempted to make didn’t work because she forgot to turn the machine on. We were just irritated with the whole process.

It would be nice if the lobby was more open and I didn't have to do an appointment.

It wasn't convenient to drive out to Swartz Creek to get a timely meeting but the service was great.

Staff was communicative and responded very quickly to my emails. There was a mix up about my apt and they didnt have my docs sent to the right location, but they very helpful and had them faxed to the right location so that I didnt have to rescedule.

Helped me get things done and in order
