I’m sending it back. I never opened it because it was the wrong size so I just sent you an email with pictures showing you. I did not open the box. Please send me a return label so I can mail it back to you. Thank you.

We recommend placing this over the original label or crossing the original label out to avoid confusion. Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will process your refund and notify you promptly.

We both sleep better, fewer aches and pains on hips and knees. It makes our mattress much higher but we are getting used to it.

HIGHLY disappointed in the product as it definitely did not seem at all what is advertised. Definitely not worth the price, as it seems like it is just foam with a cover over it, cheap looking. Very hard/ uncomfortable. When we reached out to customer service, I was told to "lay the mattress topper on the floor and walk on it with clean feet to break it in" very unacceptable!! Trying to get the topper returned was ridiculous as well, told to donate, well we found out that most donation centers do not accept bedding as in mattress toppers, mattresses, box springs so then I was told to throw it away or give to a family member or friend, BUT need proof as in pictures or receipts, unfortunately we had to throw it away. I would not recommend Dormeo for any products and I have made sure to let anyone who asks, just that! DO NO PURCHASE!!

We're sorry to hear our topper hasn't helped your sleep. It is not uncommon for it to take your body a bit of time to adjust to sleeping on a new surface and may feel firmer in the beginning. Your topper is made of really high quality foams, so these take a little while to begin to "break-in" and start to adjust to your body. After 2-3 weeks, the foams will be adjusted to you and the way you like to sleep.
