I had one years ago, it was over 10 years old. I decided to purchase a new mattress and just didn't want to spend that much for a new one. I bought a mattress from Home Depot and it was not at all comfortable. I didn't sleep well at all! So after months I realized why I couldn't sleep, I looked up Dormeo and decided to bite the bullet and spend the money. I have slept well since then. I love my mattress 😌

My Dormeo was the wrong size, and I try to speak to someone for help I never got a call back from the help service I call many times I send e-mail Canceling my order I never got a call back nether ;( really bad service .

However after six attempts at calling you, we always got transferred to your voicemail and were unfortunately unable to speak to you. I was told that I can try out pillows and if not satisfied, I can return them, this isn’t the case, on recent phone call the this company, I told the customer service rep, that I was no satisfied with the pillows, she stated that the company doesn’t take back opened merchandise, and if I want a refund, that I would have to donate to a stooge and send a copy of the receipt, this was not told to me when I ordered, had I known this up front, I would not have tried out the pillows, I’m wanting a fell refund of the pillows, because this was NEVER told to me, and the pillows are very pricey, $80 per pillow, I should have been told up front that if the merchandise is opened, it can not be returned, so how are you supposed to try out the product it you can not open it. We typically ask that a product is donated to charity or recycled in order to receive a refund. We do however, have alternative options available if you don't have any nearby charities willing to accept the product.
