Prompt attention to a problem I created.

I ordered the mattress on December 13 and until now we are in January 26 we haven’t received anything and every time I call there is a bad connection or you have to stay for a long time to get somebody to answer so this is not the kind of business I want to do and deal with

Within three nights my sleep improved tremendously. I'm now sleeping on Dormeo from frame to topper!

Arrived neatly in the box…WAY ahead of its projected arrival as it became out of stock after it was ordered…and it arrived for Christmas and my wife is VERY pleased.

The topper is not comfortable for the price that you have to pay. I've only slept on it a couple of weeks and it already has a dip on one side of the bed. Not to mention the fact that it took forever for it to be shipped. Once it did get shipped I had it in two days. I would not recommend this topper.

Although the instructions said the mattress top had to be broken in, it was immediately comfortable the first night.

It’s not what I expected I might return it I found another way to achieve. The same thing cheaper

The Dormeo seems like it is made well. Our mattress is probably 20 yrs.+ old so this has helped for sleeping but I thought it would be more comfortable. I feel it provides better support for all sleeping positions but not has solid has I had hoped. We have only slept on it for about 1 week. We have a king size mattress and the topper hangs over the sides by an inch or so. I thought the measurements would be more exact. Also wondering what the life span is on this product? Thanks for your feedback and you are probably right about the 20-yrs.+ old mattress. I probably should have invested more money and gotten a new mattress but at our age my husband and I don't have the energy to go out and hop on and off mattresses. Continued good luck w/your product.
