I got the wrong mattress pad and I had problems getting my money back. Which it says full money back guaranteed. And you also charge me the $35 that it said free shipping. I will never buy anything from you all again.

Thank you for getting in touch. You will see on your order confirmation invoice that the free shipping discount was applied when you placed the order. I can see that we have refunded your returned product back to your original payment method. This can take up to 7-10 days to show on your statement, but is often much quicker.

Much better sleep
I bought a Queen size mattress topper 2 weeks ago and also a pillow and I have been sleeping much better, and not waking up in the middle of the night with pain in my back and neck. I highly recommend this mattress topper and pillow without spending thousands of dollars on a new mattress and pillow.

It just felt amazing when we laid down, it was so comfortable mattress I’ve ever had with
It just felt amazing when we laid down it was so comfortable and it’s held in shape and it just fits to your body. It’s better than any mattress I’ve ever had.

Good but not Great
It is comfortable but it is not the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. The most comfortable mattress topper I have ever slept on was 50% of the cost of a Dormeo
