This mattress topper has made our bed more comfortable. The topper is very well made of good quality and is as described in your advertising. It was not difficult to remove from the box and “rest” on the spare bed for a day before putting on our bed. We have been getting a sound sleep. Thank you.

great product, fast shipping. On the minus side, adds said free shipping, web site said free shipping but we were charged $35.00 shipping. Please explain.

Thank you for your review. It looks like you used an affiliate discount code that offered a different promotional offer, but we have now applied a $35.00 refund to your order to compensate for this shipping fee.

I have been trying to make a return for my mattress topper because it was not useful to me it made my back feel worse than what it is and I am getting very frustrated because it was very easy to buy but this return has become very difficult as I am an elder personI was given information for a charity that I cannot get in contact with and I am not able to find another charity so all I need to do is be refunded and someone can pick up the topper however you'd like to do it.

Mattress topper is fine, lil expensive. Your customer representative pushes a membership to a shopping website and then you have alot of junk emails to deal with. Just let us order the topper!!
