It is comfortable but it keeps sliding…
It is comfortable but it keeps sliding off the matteress. So I fix the straps at the corners, but it does it again and again. I wake in the morning and 1/4 of it is off the bed. I have had this for a few weeks now and my patience is running thin and I had high hopes with this matteress topper.

We're sorry to hear about this difficulty keeping the topper in place. Please ensure that your fitted sheet is placed over the topper and the mattress together, and that it is rated for the correct thickness, as this will help keep the topper in place.

NO JOKE
product was delivered on time. we have had the best night sleep. no back aches. sound sleep. we have an old worn-out mattress and it is true that the DORMEO mattress cover makes us feel like we are on a new mattress. NO JOKE!

Relieves Back Pain
Because I received it in a timely manner and it has helped me and my husband and I have back problems. Much cheaper than a new mattress.

I bought that for my husband and he loves it. He really likes the fact that he don't sweat anymore in the evening and he says is very comfortable.

Your video said the mattress pad would…
Your video said the mattress pad would arrive in a duffle bag. It did not. It didn't feel like it improved my old mattress. I would like to return it. Thank you

I apologize for any confusion, we have made some adjustments to our packaging recently that include removing the duffle bag. Rest assured, this bag was only to prevent damage during shipping which we have addressed through other changes, and would be disposed after opening the topper anyway. We're sorry to hear our topper hasn't improved your sleep. We recommend trying for at least 30 days to give the topper time to adapt to you and provide the best support and comfort. Good Sleep!
We really love our new topper! I was only sleeping a few hours on our mattress but now with the topper, I have been sleeping more every nite! I really appreciate the fact that you allow us to make payments as we are seniors living on a fixed income!

never received the order it did not…
never received the order it did not come via fedx, they said they delivered it but it came to our address. happy hell no $421.00 for not a thing.
