I purchased 2 purses on 11/29/24. Per the postal service was delivered on 12/5/24. To this day I still haven't received those 2 purses. I did ask my neighbors since i wasn't home and they wasn't home either to see anything. I submitted a case/claim on 12/5/24 and i received a case # and was told someone would contact me via email within 3-5 days. As of today i still haven't heard from anyone. I've tried emailing and no response. I spoke with someone on 12/16/24 and was told no one had look at my case and when they do I'll get email. This is so unacceptable and christmas is next week. Once I hear back i will change my review.

Dooney & Brouke has the worst customer service ever. I ordered the Pebble Turnlock Handle Tote 30 paid $358.00. The delivery was delayed due to being back ordered. Even after the purse was shipped out was delayed arriving to my home. Once I seen the purse was on sale for $209.00, I called to customer service to see if they could work with me on a price adjustment. The service tech was very short and rude saying the I am passed the five days when the purse was shipped. I explained that I just received the purse and the new sale price just started. It was not my fault that the shipping was delayed. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was told that I will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours by the supervisor. I was told to just return the purse. I explained that would be more work on everyone's part. It is Dooney & Brouke way of the customer to say forget it due all the headaches involved. Never again will I ever order anything from Dooney & Brouke. They do not value you as a customer.

Not as described. They sent to me through cheap USPS who I had to fight because they claimed it was delivered and wasn’t. I was in front of house at time. On top of it, they want you to send back UPS,at your expense. All other reputable companies pay for return if you’re not satisfied. Apparently, they must anticipate a lot of dissatisfied customers.

I have purchased many purses / bags throughout the years from various manufacturers. This is the first time I purchase from D&B that they do not include a storage cloth bag for the purse. My product arrived as a Christmas gift in a box and in plastic. It appeared just like any package arrives to my house from Amazon. Never ordering from D&B again!!!

Terrible customer service. I inadvertently placed the same order twice, quickly realized my mistake and frantically searched their site to find how to cancel (of course no phone number listed for help). When the prescribed method didn't work (go to account find order and cancel) since the orders didn't show) my only choice was to send them an email. I got a reply the next day saying it was too late since it had already shipped (it had not). Both orders shipped the following day. I only opened one package and now I have to pay $10 to return the duplicate order. NEVER AGAIN!!! I prioritize great customer service over everything else.

I have been trying to purchase a Navy Blue Florentine Nano bag , however, every time they run out of Navy, they put the other colors on sale and after speaking with customer service to see if I could purchase at sale price and wait for delivery, they refuse. This has happened 2 times and they refuse to give a rain check. What a horrible policy.

Less than one..no customer service..I'm still waiting since 7 days for a shipping no...don't buy here..its a scam..maybe the products are nice but you getting frustrated about their unprofessional behavior.. not worth it to order there..

I wish I could give it less than 0 stars. I have D&B bag from several years ago.Stored the bag but it had air circulating. Took it out and THE LEATHER MELTED INTO ITSELF. I have many bags and never seen this. I contacted the company. They ignore you, they don't respond. Horrible company and I don't recommend them to anyone. Go to Coach, Tumi, Kate Spade, any other company, heck, go to a fake company, probably will be treated better.
