Donorbox makes it difficult for donors to maintain their own information which has costs us thousands of dollars
Donorbox makes it difficult for donors to maintain their own information which makes it unreliable for organizations who depend on that information to make business decisions. Our organization has lost thousands of dollars in wasted labor hours and postage due to Donorbox's inability to simply allow donors to update their own addresses. According to our donors, they haven't gotten reliable responses when they've reached out for support or the changes they've requested to be made aren't made. We have decided to explore other platform options like Give Butter.

Highlight: One-off, Monthly, Annual
I got very quick assistance and a solution from the team so that was great. My issue was I was asked to sponsor a walk, which I'd expect to be a one-off payment. The amount box was pre-set to 'monthly', in light lettering which I missed. It may have been the charity that should have amended this pre-set, but even so, I'd suggest it's clearer if this regularity choice is given AFTER the amount and not in light typeface. I see another person has recently done the same and I'd guess many more may not realise a monthly sum is disappearing from their account.
