A problem developed with monthly reporting and currency conversions. I was a bit disappointed by the time it took for Donorbox to understand what the problem was and by the time it took them to fix it.... but they did keep me updated and helped with workarounds. It took 6 months to resolve. Starting in January which was fixed then recurred and was not fixed again till July.

Everything was solved very quickly and people from support were kind and they did everything to solve the problem in most efficient way.
