Quick response and prompt resolution

I donated to a non-profit; my intention was to make a one-time donation, but when I looked at the emailed receipt, it listed me as a monthly donor. I replied to the email explaining the problem - which was quite likely due to a mistake of mine. I quickly got a reply that changed my status, and that was followed up with a screen shot showing that my status had been changed to what I had intended it to be. Well done - quickly and effectively, with bonus points for taking the extra step to show me that it had been changed.
