DonorboxReviews of donorbox.org

Donorbox is easy to use, flexible, and provides a straightforward way to manage donations and fundraising campaigns. The support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance, particularly with technical setup and integrations.

Sindi was able to quickly advise me on some administrative issues I was having a problem with. A couple of emails back and to and it was done. Thank you.

Customer service rep was superb, best I’ve seen, keep up the good work.

The speed in which my request was satisfied was not only expeditious but Sati was polite and interested in our issue

I've always found Donorbox to be very helpful. In term they have to build or charity in an it's just it I just feel as if I'm blind you know if I will go down and see themethical way.

I asked for help regarding our tax document and was answered the next day with a link to the party responsible for our document. All is resolved and filed. Thank you.

I use Donorbox to subscribe a magazine from the Anthonian Association. I needed to change the delivery address and there was not a place in the Donorbox web site to do that and there was not a place in the magazine web site to do that. I found a phone number or link for a call in the Donobox site and used it to talk to an assistant. The assistant said they do not normally do that that because it is up to the magazine itself but she volunteered to do it. She did it and I was immensely pleased for her positive attitude. Thank you assistant.

One of the best fundraiser platforms. If the report contains solid evidence of fraud, they take down the page within a single day. Absolutely the best way to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Kudos to them!
