Donorbox simply works! We've been using it at our church for 6-7 years and the support is some of the best we have ever experienced.

I contacted you for a simple update of my credit card info which I had to replace, and it went well. However, I also asked for an overall switch in communications from the SPCA from English to French. Your initial answer was in French, but here you're back to English. Not so great, and a new bulletin from the SPCA was also in English, but I don't hold you responsible for that part. Money matters were handled correctly and not being fanatical about the language, the issue here is small potatoes and no big deal. Cheers!

Donorbox works more effectively. I have tried other crowd funding platforms but things have just failed because if you don't have contacts of potential donors to share your campaign with, your fundraiser campaign will just remain unfunded. But with Donorbox it becomes your free choice. Great work.

I got very quick assistance and a solution from the team so that was great. My issue was I was asked to sponsor a walk, which I'd expect to be a one-off payment. The amount box was pre-set to 'monthly', in light lettering which I missed. It may have been the charity that should have amended this pre-set, but even so, I'd suggest it's clearer if this regularity choice is given AFTER the amount and not in light typeface. I see another person has recently done the same and I'd guess many more may not realise a monthly sum is disappearing from their account.

I am just somebody who wants to make a donation. Unfortunately my mobile phone uses Link to quickly fill out fields. If these values chance, like your phone number, you have a problem. Although there is a function to change this within Link, you will find that you will not receive any email to continue with the change process. Lunk turns into a problem in itself... This makes using Donorbox not easier, but at least the service support team of Donorbox is very kind and helpful to analyse and overcome problems you face. It is great to see that a service like Donorbox serves thise well who deserve a donation.

Obvious scam fundraiser being supported by them, but they won't take it down. (ticket ref 219582) Do your own checks people! EDIT: Now giving 4 stars, The act very quickly on my scam reports. Think they could do more pre-checks though.. really obvious scams often with the same photos.

Using DonorBox improved how donors see our organization. The donation pages look clean and secure. Supporters felt confident while giving. This helped increase repeat donations and strengthened our overall community base.
