Poor quality piano, no service
We bought a Donner dep 20 piano through Amazon. It had such good (fake) reviews! All was well for about 10 months. Then several keys started clunking. It is no fun playing through that sound!! We emailed the service department which responded promptly, requiring us to send a video of the problem. We did. They said it was being passed to their "technical experts" for a solution. Its a month later. No further response. No answer to our follow-up requests for a solution. In other words, there is NO SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. And the piano is not worth any amount of money. Do NOT buy from Donner.
