I ordered a guitar and when it was delivered it was bad, the paint wasn't good, had bits were it had ran into diffrent colours, the 6th string had already snapped in the post, there was a crackling from the tone pot and the head stock was a strange colour to the rest of the neck. Really really cheap, do not buy!

These people are a scam. Sent me a broken instrument for my son. I’ve asked for a refund and they said the refund is queued up and has to wait to go through the platform which they can’t really tell me when will happen. I recommend you don’t waste your time or money with this organization. Go elsewhere and don’t be tempted by their subpar product to begin with like I was.

Bought electronic drums. Box looked fine. Unpacked, powered up, no sound. None. Called customer service and they have directed me to send a video to the confirmation e-mail. First, the confirmation e-mail is from Amazon, not Donner. Second, a video of a drum set not working? EXACTLY how helpful is that? Amazon should stop carrying this brand. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Absolutely horrible company. Their piano does not work. Arrived damaged and keys don’t work. Contacted customer service, they promised a refund. But then just disappeared. Now they are asking me to ship the piano back at my own cost to receive a refund.

Terrible services. Mandolin came with fused bottom plate so I couldn’t restring instrument. They said email pictures so I did. Then they said oh we need video. I told them I sent pictures that showed where it was fused. I explained I wanted a new mandolin or money back. They said they would send to sales department. I emailed each day but received no acknowledgment. They said they had sent reply’s but I never received any even though they said had received my emails. They said the sales department would email me. I told them that didn’t seem to receive their emails. I told them they can text my number. They also initially offered 7 USD for my compensation. I told them a new mandolin or full refund. We will see what happens. Get another instrument that uses us customer service not Asian. Hard to understand st times

I ordered a drum set, I did not get the snare, I did not get the snare stand, and I did not get any of the mounting hardware to mount the heads to the drums, and I did not get the mounting hardware to mount the heads to the kick drum. It’s been over a month since I’ve called and I’ve still not received any of my parts

The order number is SP1000192170. I bought from DonnerDeal site and the package was totally damaged and broken when it arrives! I rejected the it immediately and notify the customer services to ask for a refund. They arranged a refund since one month ago but I still haven't received it! In the very beginning they respond me that it's Shopify platform's fault, or ask me to wait for 20 business days, or ask me to wait for 2 more weeks. However, the refund still doesn't come till now for one month and a half! They don't respond to my email anymore rn. Definitely a scammer and money stealing company! The order number is SP1000192170. You guys should refund me ASAP. Otherwise, I will contact credit card provider and ask them to dispute with you guys! You guys will be involved in legal trouble!
